Please complete the form below to apply for your Theory exam.
Before applying to sit your theory exam, we highly recommend visiting the 'Theory Exam FAQs' and the 'Exam Syllabus & Recommended Reading' pages for more information and to prepare yourself for sitting the theory exam.
To apply to sit the theory exam you must be an ordinary member of the CSVS.
The cost of the application to sit your theory exam is £125.
During the registration process please choose which theory exam you are applying for:
The 'Vascular Physics, Heamodynamics and Instrumentation' exam
or
The 'Vascular Technology' exam
Once you have successfully paid for your theory exam, the theory exam team will email you 7 days prior to the exam to provide you with your exam access link and other helpful information to prepare.
